• Builds marketing plan to boost revenue (such as: signing agreements with Industrial Park, organized visits to licensing authorities in HCMC and provinces, participating in exhibitions, attend seminar/ event/ networking/ activities organized by VCCI, Business Association. Annual seminar by the company for consultants/ contractors (if possible) • Makes, manages marketing budget and operates budget effectively • Work closely with sales department to develop sales activities for sales target achievement • Build up and maintain good relationship with company customers, partners, agents • Develops brand advertising activities including of marketing online and public/media relations; product development; distribution; sponsorship; • Monthly consistent PR and Advertising to promote and to maintain brand. • Researches to determine customer’s needs, market trend to support • Designs and plan quarterly training for marketing staff. • Develops good working & personal relations with all licensing authorities • Prepares annual plan for mail shot campaigns to all companies; such campaigns entail adequate preparation of newly designed leaflets/ marketing letters/ logo/ marketing tools… in one or more languages. • Maintains a database of customers and update it regularly • Maintains records of all projects implemented by the company including up-to-date list of projects • Positively represent the company to do PR activities to promote company brand, expand networks and maintain partnership: welcoming customers, partners, agents to visit the company; arranging meetings for BOD with press; attending events
• University degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional qualification. MBA degree is preferable • Having certificate in brand/communication professional is an advantage • Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques. • At least 03 years in the same position preferable in construction fields. • Ability in developing and administering a marketing program. • Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English • Good presentation skills • Good skills in Sales and marketing. • Creative and diligent, able to bring new ideas • Strong leadership & self-confidence.
