Management (Planning, Executing, Supervising)
•     Leadership, direction and fully responsible for the operation, the results of Sales, marketing Dept.
•     Writing, executing sale policy for Season and Year
•     To make planning of sales and marketing for short term, long term. Implementing the approved plan.
•     Setting up reasonable sale targets for season, year
•     Executing season sale plans, yearly sale plan under company sale policy and marketing program
•     Supervising sale men who directly do business and support them to obtaining sale men’s sale targets.
•     Being on responsibility of reaching sale targets or not reach sale target season by season
•     To ensure sales for the company.
•     To manage the product distribution system of the company
•     To recruit, guide and assign work to sales staffs
•     Organizing all events relative to dealers such as meetings, tours …following company policy.
•     To manage dealers.
•     Supervising, supporting, evaluating sale team. Urging, supporting, managing sale team to reach sale targets. Suggesting for recruiting more sale men in case of necessary to Deputy Director and then Deputy Director will review before sending to HQ to be approve.
•     Supervising, executing, supporting all marketing activities such as FM, Demonstration fields, dealers’ shop decoration …
•     Building and maintaining distribution channel
•     Together with Area Sale Managers, Sale men meet and work with dealers on sale policy, marketing program, sale target, products
•     Daily supervising Area Sale Managers, Sale men performance
•     Daily evaluating sale volume of each sale men
•     Supervising dealers' debts, working with sale men or directly with dealers to collect bad debts
•     Receiving dealers' questions, complains and solving these problems
•     Supervising and Assessing all staffs daily perfomances
•     Reviewing, updating, amending HR policy
•     Working with HQ to have new products: transfer price, sale volume, pack size, packing
•     Monitoring Inventory, issuing new Pos
•     Working with SCD factory to deciding the way to deliver products to dealers warehouse
•     Working with FA Dept, HQ to have transfer price, selling price
•     Monthly reviewing financial reports (P&L report, Balance Sheet). Yearly reviewing financial reports (P&L report, Balance Sheet)
•     Yearly working with Audit Company, reviewing audit report done by audit company and comment, sign
•     Daily checking sale men's expenses for marketing activities.
•     Monthly checking cash in hand, cash at bank
•     Receiving, solving all issues relative to regulations, laws with Authorities day by day
•     Other assignments by Deputy Director and HQ

Market & Product Development
•     To comment for new products.
•     Writing and executing marketing program for seasons, years
•     Supervising all marketing activities such as demonstration fields, farmer meetings, shop decoration, sale consults
•     Attending marketing activities such as farmer meetings, demonstration fields
•     Work, establish relationships with the dealers.
•     Opening more dealers, review old dealers, and set up a stability distribution channel Improving distribution channel day by day
Report
•     Weekly report with criteria as follows:
•     General information: Pest & Weather, Production situation of rice, vegetables
•     Market: Purchasing power markets, the volatility of the market and others
•     Sales Performance: Sales amount.
•     Competitors’ activities: Promotion, distribution policy, pricing, consumer products of competitors; advertising of competition.
•     Feedback, complaints and claims of the dealers
•     Job in this week
•     Job in next week
•     Monthly report with criteria as follows:
•     General information: pest & weather, Market
•     Sales Performance: Sales amount, Turn-over by region, Sales volume, Debt Collection, personnel activities and others
•     Competitors’ activities: New Product, Marketing activities, Patent infringement
•     Conclusions
•     Solutions
•     Suggestions

•    Experience: over 4 years for marketing and Sales for agro-chemical products
•    Traveling to the provinces
•    Relevant experience specifically in pesticide or have experience and understanding of the fields such as agro-chemical products …
•    Good communicated ability, agile, sprightly
•    Strong skills in management, discipline, motivation, team-building, personal growth, and complete team leading
•    Able to work independently
