Main Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic Sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. • Develop and manage sales operating budgets. • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share. • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. • Ensure effective control of sales results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales objectives falls within designated budgets. • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities. • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. • Provide weekly and monthly reports of commercial activities to MD and AMD. • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluation to develop and control sales programs. • Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product. • Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. • Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units. • Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. • Assist other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications. • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. • Direct research in market intelligence and business development • Clear targets and timeline for each project • Close supervision and direction for all product managers to ensure good results. • Look after corporate interests at all times and contribute towards corporate developments and address issues across departments for problem solving • Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to Company
Other Duties • As required by Top of Management Authorization • Manage all employees of Commercial Department • Organize and assign tasks to all employees of COM Department • Propose suggestions to upgrade work Relationships • Internal relationship: all departments in company • External relationship: related authorities, service suppliers, Dealers and Sub-dealers, concerning authority offices Core competencies and skills Requirements 1. Knowledge & Education level: • Graduated from concerned university: Economics/ Business Administration or related fields. • Knowledge about plant protection products and related products 2. Skills: • Business Acumen • Communication Proficiency • Customer/Client Focus • Leadership • Presentation Skills • Problem Solving/Analysis • Results Driven • Strategic Thinking • Technical Capacity 3. Experience: • At least 6 years in similar position Reality 1. Knowledge & Education level: • Bachelors of art in Foreign Trade; • Supply chain background (commercial and manufacturing) • Knowledge about plant protection products and related products 2. Experience: • Fresh in this position • 10 years of experienced in MNC management position.
