Product Portfolio Management • Understand the needs, issues, and opportunities of our key customers and segments, and their customers (consumers) • Be accountable for new application opportunities for ’s product portfolio by developing sound understanding of the market and industry trend, product attributes of each product category and conduct product/receipt testing in order to maximize product application • To conduct market visits on a regular basis • Track, monitor and manage the vitality of the product portfolio management • To ensure customers get good and right products which are within specifications from manufacturing to end-user level • Investigates and resolves product quality issues as required • To develop product P&L New Product Development • Develop new product ideas to nurture PLC process for growth • To initiate new product development, line extensions & market development activities • To be responsible for product sampling, compliance/regulatory issues management • Monitors initial forecasts of new products and makes recommendations for adjustments for the first year product in the market • Prepares pricing proposals for approval • Work with functional department associates to generate good product sales performance • Leads and conduct “Voice Of Customer” to improve customer understanding to identify new product opportunities gaps that satisfy customer needs • To collect information on market trend and competition on an ongoing basis. Marketing Plan Development • To contribute to the development and implementation of annual marketing plans • To assist in the planning, development and execution of Indonesia PR/consumption programs • To build s Customer Care Centre as the expert in NDWT by coordinating and developing workshops and seminars to enhance customers’ skills and knowledge • Assists with coordination of special department projects • Benchmark studies, focus groups & related research projects • Coordinate internal distribution of literature • Coordinates distributing of market information from marketing department to all related areas Co-ordination Between Field, Regional Marketing and HQ • To maintain close communication with key associates to ensure adequate understanding of progress, problems or changes • To help improve and maintain a systematic and clear communication between field associates, Regional Marketing and HQ
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a related marketing/product management, with FMCG industry (food company, food service, B2B an advantage) • University degree in Business or Marketing, an advantage • Proven records in distributor/Key Account management • Experience in event management, promotion management, and market research • Working knowledge in new product development and commercialization processes • Wide and local business experience and regional exposure in key markets or developing markets • Knowledge of marketing theory, principles & technique • Good command of English language both in written and speaking • Solution Selling • Financial Acumen • Sales Management • Market Knowledge • Product Knowledge • Strategic & Process Acumen • Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making skills • Planning & Organisational Skills • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills • Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers and colleagues • Must be a strong team player as well as team builder • Project oriented and a good team player.
