• Analyses, devises, formulates, establishes and recommends short and long term business objectives based on current and future market developments including new growth opportunities • Achieves sales, collection and market share targets through the preparation and implementation of feasible crop and product plans and the provision of resources needed including the establishment of market intelligence information as key inputs in plan preparation • Ensures that commercial terms, contracts and agreement document with key accounts are developed and implemented based on internal and external regulations/policies in order to protect our company right/asset and achieve business objective • Ensures cost effective operation by efficient management of budgets and proper implementation of ad and promo programs. Continuously finds ways and means to improve current methods and process that will result to a cost-efficient way of utilizing resources • Ensures that customers’ needs in terms of products and services are well served through the constant interaction with customers, formulates and recommends appropriate improvements in them systems and processes • Coordinates with Technical, Supply Chain, Production, and Strategic Planning for all product and market development works • Ensures professionalism of the key account team by the development and recommendation of career training programs
• University graduate & Business Management or equivalent • Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account management or sales or related field in food chain industry (including agricultural input, crop production, crop trading, food processing, retailing or exporting) • Customer development/negotiation experience and ability to do contractual work • Problem solving & influencing skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience/expertise in crop protection, seeds, high value or export crops, crop production industry is an advantage
