Report to: Sales Manager • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies and action plan to drive product penetration, e.g. target sales volume, pricing, target market and customers, route way to market, MKT plan, supply chain, etc.… • Gain information and knowledge about competitors’ product and system offering in benchmarking with our portfolio and come up with proposed solutions when required. • Analyze business data to identify strength, weakness and opportunity to boost up sales, fix problem and develop both short term and long term channel development program.
• Technical background • Commercial, e.g. business development, experience, preferably with water proof products • Willing to take challenges
