• Engage key strategic customers, e.g. both specifiers and contractors to build strong relationships by offering technical solutions to gain maximum market advantage; • Be responsible for the technical specification management of project activity within a given area/region and work collaboratively to ensure maximum technical and commercial advantage can be gained from the commitment of technical resources and project specifications; • Support Company’s common goals by working with team members, other teams/functions and pro-actively participate/deliver on commitments; • Adhere to Company reporting procedure/commercial admin systems and offer appropriate feedback and information to customers; • Make sale visit / presentation and follow sales projects.
• University graduate, preferably in business, civil engineering or architecture; • At least 2 years of experience in commercial and project sales in construction/building materials; • Good knowledge of construction material market with technical background in construction field; • Having good network with investor and architects; • Good at English and computer skills
• Good presentation skills, professional selling skills (B2B);
