Full Responsibility In Wood Factories In Second Shift From Raw To Finishing • Ability to solve all production issues from Technical, productions, QA, Maintenance, HSE, PPD and arrising matter in SHIFT 2 • Coodinate with shop floor managers/ PPD team to solve daily issues at production line - be sure production flow smoothly. • Coordinate with shop floor Managers to implement the production plan – Keep dead-lines and inform up-front any delays. • Coordinate with shop floor Managers to ensure effective and consistency working condition for undertaken division • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective and consistency working condition for undertaken division • Coordinate with shop floor Managers to maintain safety working environment. • Suggest the improvement to Shop Floor Manager/ Director and implement in real life. • Assures effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality product. • Selects, trains, develops and motivates manufacturing staffs to maintain Wood Production operation at high performance. • Proactively participate in Own Manufacturing initiative projects as define by Operation S.Manager/Non-metal Director and company management • Assures compliance of all plant operations with company policy and Vietnam regulations • Connect to functional department and make decision in urgent case in second shift • Have cost understanding for OPEX and cost centers Other Internal Business Units • As defined & mentioned in Standard Operation Procedures & Working Instructions C. • University degree, major in Mechanical or Wood Processing • At least 10 years working experience in large furniture manufacturing companies, experience in full furniture process • Good awareness and experience of QA, Technical, Maintenance, HSE • Good awareness of ISO implementation • Strong management in furniture production • Can be working in stressful environment • Flexibility working time • Familiar with English skill
