• Follow up, adjust and implement the production plan – Keep dead-lines and inform up-front any delays.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate materials and headcount, tools, jigs, procedure, technique to run the planned production
• Strictly control of material – consumption is according to BOM
KPI – OEE Reporting
• Prepares and submits operating reports related to cost, budgets, headcounts, capacities, qualities reports, stocks, materials…etc. too management as frequently.
• Plan operating budget and headcount and follow up the approved budgets
Quality
• Follow up the quality standards – in close corporation with QA inline Team – implement daily improvements, related corrective/preventive action to ensure good quality condition
• Follow up the reworks plan and make a problem solving with related department to ensure product quality
Eguipment Maintain
• Maintains and follow up the maintenance plan of machinery, equipments… to ensure smooth production
HSE
• Follow up the factory areas good conditions as HSE guidelines and ensure no labor accident
HR
• Follow up the CSR as company policy and customer requirement
• Follow up HSE regulation relation in production area as operation machines, equipment, fire safety regulations, 5S, PPE…
• Assures workers/management is followed up company policy and labor safety procedure
• Work together with Production Senior Manager/Director to define “Training need” management team, making in-house training schedule and implement it.
• Selects, trains, develops and motivates manufacturing staffs to maintain operation at high performance.
Opex – Budget – Cost Centers
• Taking full responsibility for shop floor activity result
• Have general understanding for OPEX and cost centers
• Report consumption – costing in right cost centers according to year OPEX

• Bachelor/Engineering Degree, major in technical field as Mechanic, Chemical, Electric, Industrial Management…from well known universities
• At least 10 years experience in plastic injection industry, among that, having at least 5 years successfully as Production manager at plastic industry.
• Good experience in the required industry and good awareness about quality, production plan, HSE.
• Having a deep understanding on modern management
• Fluently in speaking and writing English
• Having very good skill in using computer especially MS Office
• Having communication & leading skill, motivation skill
