Effectively Drive for Sales • Manage/supervise on/ co-ordinate with customers in daily work • Develop new customer • Assist in implementing Marketing Plan by: • Launch new product as per company requirement • Execute promotional activities to increase sales volume • Handle customer complaints • Help to co-ordinate the relationship between distributors & wholesalers/outlets Provide Value-Added Tech Service • Coordinator with Technical Department providing daily tech service to outlets • Coordinator with Technical Department providing service on new outlet opening • Coordinator with Technical Department provide service on Special Order • Participate in trade show as needed Implement Best Practice in Sales Activities & Tech Service Activities • Provide regular report on work arrangement, customer information, competitor information and others as required. • Continuously learn new sales & technology for better sales & better tech service • Try to learn local government requirement /restrictions & the market trend and thus be pro-active in service to customers • Firmly stick to company policies / procedures
• Bachelor degree, major in food technology will be a plus; • 1-3 years’ experience in food& beverage or foodservice industries will be a plus; • With rich knowledge and skill in pastry or bakery; • With basic knowledge of sales channel; • Good communication skill, like to deal with all kinds of people, communication and report in English • Can travel frequently.
