Report to: Plant Manager
• EHS in plant: Implement fully all SHEAR standards within factory.
• Training: Propose, execute and maintain continuous SHEAR training to relevant staff within factory and to maintain a proper training record.
• Coaching/Audit: Carry out SHEAR audits from time to time and follow up with relevant parties to close gaps within an acceptable timeframe.
• WCM: As WCM Safety & Environment pillar champion, to ensure that WCM targets are achieved.
• Comply Govement requirement: Liaison with government agencies relevant to SHEAR.
• Job (EHS) engagement.
• Key international standards: Loto/ working at height/ confined space entry/ hot work permit/ control contractors.
• Trained: OSHA18001/ ISO14001.
• Other EHS training will be preferred.
• Skills: Practical activities/ results to show how to apply knowledge gained in to practices
• Minimum qualification: College degree or Bachelor
