Report to: Commercial Director
• Manages the sales of the company’s products and services for total trade business (National Scope) in all channels: Retail, Modern Market, Wholesalers, Distributors, Master Dealers, Direct Accounts and Projects to deliver Sales Targets and achieve key deliverables (KRA).
• Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, execution and follow-thru via PDCA and management of sales personnel.
• Identifies business/organization opportunities and develops objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings by working well with other departments; submits weekly/monthly business updates and plans.
• Develop strong trade relations via scheduled visits to partners and key customers to identify their needs, business opportunities and resolve issues.
• Conduct study of Sales History and develop sales strategies.
• Studies market demand and sales opportunities and set goals and plans to improve share.
• Leads the FSPs in promoting better relationship with business partners.
• Plans Marketing, Trade Retail channel and other department's policies and requirement applicable to outlets.
• Ensure coverage viability and recommends restructure plans to support Company profitability
• Ensures all expenses are within desired budget and ratio with generated sales (CTSR).
• Performs cost analysis and recommendations for efficiency.
• Monitors target inventory level of outlets to avoid missed sales while ensuring sufficiency of stocks for all stores and accounts.
• Communicates with Retail Trade team on ensuring efficiency of performed processes relevant to retail accounts and FSPs.
• Submission of all reports to Top Management.
• Conducts regular meeting and brainstorming with Trade Retail leadership team in monitoring and managing total trade retail performance.
• Lead in the skills development of Trade Retail leadership team.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• With 5-10 years of relevant people and business management work experience
• With previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
