Report to: Legal, Compliance and Internal Control Manager
• Design internal audit procedures and work programs
• Coordinate, conduct and supervise internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures
• Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
• Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.
• Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports.
• Regularly partner with persons in charge of departments to update the changes and provide the solid and appropriate advice on control requirements once applicable
• Good knowledge on the Collective Labor Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to
• Perform training role to deliver necessary knowledge and understanding for staff’s adherence
• Knowledge and experience on COSO internal control system is an advantage.
• Reducing layers in business operations,
• Report on new government policies and laws as well as international affairs that affects Vietnam as well as clients
• Develop plans with AMD and MD as well as HODs to expand MPV's business development based on each region and each crop segment,
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to AMD and MD
• Other duties assigned by Managing Director and Acting Managing Director
• Right to request for working facilities to fulfill the assigned duties

• External: all authorities, external auditors, bankers, tax officers, suppliers, providers…
• BA or MBA of Financial & Accounting, ACCA qualification is preferred
• Good at computer solid skill, proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good command in English
