Report to: Legal, Compliance and Internal Control Manager
• Legal consultations concerning to the company’s operation
• Legal related issue drafting and reports
• License applications
• Labor code master to support HR team in law compliance
• Documentation drafting to the external parties
• New law/ change on law alerting to concerned departments
• Working disciplinary actions and ensuring legal compliance is enforced.
• Raising legal issues with management and prompt actions taken.
• Company’s representative on law issues when appointed, following up dealers’ sue at court which happened
• Working disciplinary actions
• Promotion programs registration to Services of Trade or other related authorities
• Weekly and monthly report on legal related issues to internal and external (when required) parties
• Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to
• Perform training role to deliver necessary knowledge and understanding for staff’s adherence
• Ability to communicate effectively, smoothly, flexibly with government officers is an advantage.
• Admin/ HR tasks when the others are away
• Some staff-motivating activities, such as :
• Departmental Picnics or Outing
• Visiting hospitalized employees
• Employee Birthday party/ Anniversary Party
• To make decisions within authorization when the HRM is away:
• Legal related matters
• Weekly and monthly reports
• University graduation of legal major
• At least 3 yrs exp. in the same post
• Fluent on English and computer
• Good communication skills
• Working independently & under high pressure
• Able to approach the others, patient, dedicating to job
