• New product development, line extensions, market development and product launches.
• Tracks sales performance and provide post-mortem report.
• Works with necessary functional groups to ensure the proper implementation of marketing plan (e.g. sales, pricing, promotion & distribution programs
• Conduct Voice of Customer to improve customer understanding in order to identify new product opportunities and gaps.
• Develop and purchase POSMs, allocation and delivery.
• Tracks and monitors monthly sales performance for individual products assigned
• Implementation of all promotion campaign details and special project (PR, trade marketing).
• Tracks and reports promotional activities; coordinates analysis details for file records and planning
• Coordination of special department projects:
• Benchmark studies, focus group & related research projects
• Customer workshops, seminars
• Internal and external product testing
• Joint marketing/ PR campaigns
• Monitors initial forecasts of new products and makes recommendations for adjustments for the first year product is on the market
• Implement NPDs through Customer Care Center (C3)
• Work with Technical and Sales Associates to execute any promotional activities to drive sales growth, track performance and provide recommendation for future improvement
• Work closely with regional associates to share NPD issues and successes
• Support Product Coordinator for IBP implementation by submitting reports before dateline
• Submit weekly WIP (work in progress) report to update status and alert manager on possible risks/opportunities
