Report to Managing Director, Acting Managing Director.
 
1. Internal Control and Management:
Responsible for monitoring and review of working processes.
Management of back-end related support departments, such as HR and admin, F&A, legal and compliance, supply chain and production Departments.
Ensuring compliance and adoption of working policies, processes and management guidelines
 
2. Creating and Driving Productivity-Driven Culture
Responsible for efficiency gains across the organization
Responsible for driving corporate culture, according to corporate mission and vision
 
3. Risk Management
To be in charge of overall risk management for the entire organization. 
Working processes
Analyse and audit working processes in every department, using legal and compliance department as the vehicle.
Be able to capitalise on existing processes and frameworks to make further improvements, based on productivity and ROI measurements.
Increase accountability, efficiency and timeliness.
Ensure and encourage staff on observing protocols and laws, regulations.
 
4. Operational Readiness And Productivity
 
Maintaining and optimizing operational readiness and productivity through direct management of back-end support function departments such as HR, supply chain, finance and legal & compliance department.
Assist in corporate development by promoting and managing corporate values, initiatives.
Construct solutions to maximise use of resources or  maximise outcomes based on considerations for future corporate expansion.
 
5. Other Duties
Reducing layers in business operations, 
Report on new government policies and laws as well as international affairs that affects Vietnam as well as
Develop plans with AMD and MD as well as HODs to expand business development based on each region and each crop segment, 
Provide weekly and monthly reports to AMD and MD
 
6. Authorization
Having right to manage all activities of Production Dept, Supply Chain Dept, FA Dept, Legal Dept on behalf of MD.
 
7. Relationships
Direct report to AMD and MD
Internal: Relevant departments in company
External: All authorities, external auditors, bankers, tax officers, suppliers, providers…
 
Experience
At least 5 years experience in a senior management role.
 
Knowledge and Education Level
Knowledge and background in Compliance and Auditting
BA or MBA of Financial & Accounting is a plus
Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles.
 
Skills 
Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office Applications
Good command in English
Strong interpersonal skills 
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good Leadership, Organization, Analysis, negotiation …
Good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
Good grasp of business fundamentals / processes
Good grasp of law and government regulations that can affect the manufacturing industry in Vietnam
Familiar with ISO 9001:2008

Confident, a self starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
Able to work under high pressure
