Purpose
• The position shall be primarily responsible for deriving market strategies and providing marketing approach to grow the market share penetration in Vietnam as domain and providing on solutions & technical support services to customers and commercial teams including installation, troubleshooting, trial performance monitoring, problem resolution, improvement projects and maintenance audit. The position will also be responsible for responding to customer queries regarding operation and malfunctions in steel production. Would be accountable for CCAR analysis with on time quality issue resolution, new product trial and reporting, regular visits to production sites to implement quality initiatives, best practices to improve the product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Result Areas
• Formalize the local market strategies and action plan to aggress into higher market share in both iron and steel sector.
• Leading the planning and implementation of improvement activities in AR & FC and technical service business units of the customer sites in a time bound manner.
• Leading the roll out of New products, application technique, equipment trial and establishing those in the customer sites.
• Building a collaborative working relationship with the application teams based at multiple customer sites through regular interactions, TOT/knowledge sharing and sharing of best practices.
• Understanding the issues in customers’ processes, analysis of past process data, discussion with customer and making Technical offer / proposals to improve the process efficiency at customer production cycle.
• Providing necessary data for preparing the proposals and securing orders/contracts.
• Regular Problem solving at various sites – CCAR analysis with on time quality resolutions.
• Leading the New product trial and reporting.
• Prepare Marketing & Technical proposals for new projects / business in Vietnam consultation with his superior and take part in the technical discussion with the customers to offer the proposals to the customer, aligned with organization’s pricing and business goal.
