Reports to: National Sales Manager – Retail
• To effectively manage the interface between, Distributors, Architects & Interior Designers, Installers (contractors) in HCMC, Central and Mekong Vietnam including project sales via Distributors to deliver profitable sales and growth of products and services as well as increase market share
• To maintain leadership in related systems / products / solutions and services in metro area through:
• Effective utilization of selling tools and all support materials to sell and promote products and services
• Structured sales call in every outlets
• Excellent execution of P.O.P. Strategies
• Excellent customer management and efficient sales operation
• Positive relationship and joint working with other departments
• Recognition of the opportunities for profitable trading between and Distributors
• Expansion of customer base
• Ensure specification changes in favor of if not initially the case
• Expansion of customer base; specifically in charge for Architect group (architect, interior designer, Design & Build companies, …)
• Delivery of the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for
Focused Customer Groups:
• Distributors and 2nd Tier Distributors (Sub-Dealers)
• Design & Built Companies
• Key designers
• Bachelor Degree or higher
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
• Highly self motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire
• Broad overview of technical knowledge
• Adequate analytical skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
• Be initiative and pro-active
• Adequate computer skills - MS Office
• Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral)

• 4-6 years sales experience in construction material or consumer product
