• Assure the yearly/quarterly sales target assigned to.
• Responsible for looking new customers (distributor/dealer/end-user) by searching, visiting, presenting to expand customer base.
• Regularly visit existing customers (distributor/company/dealer) to engage in selling process that allows company to expand business.
• To maintain and improve professional relationship with key decision makers at customers that allows company to be seen a value addition supplier.
• To build up and update customer profile regularly to make sure all needed information is kept.
• Analyse sales data and give solutions to increase sales and share in each segment/customer.
• Responsible for sales forecasting, coordinate with other departments (CS and Operation) on product planning & ordering.
• To conduct a trial test at customer site and report the test result to Line Manager and customer.
• Collecting market information and report to Line Manager.
• To coordinate market campaigns, road shows and exhibitions.
• Implement monthly/weekly report (sales and visit plan).
• Advise and propose new ideas/sales plan to develop the business of abrasives at the North market to Line Manager.
• Commercial/Trade or Mechanical degree.
• Male or Female - got married.
• At least 2 years experiences in Industrial Sales; experienced in Abrasives/Tools industry is a plus.
• Candidates has good network with Automotive factories are preferable.
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese. Can use Japanese is a plus.
• Good ability to work independently as well as in team.
• Good ability in customer and result orientation; experienced to manage and develop distribution network.
• Good presentation and customer service.
• Willing to learn and hard-working; Good communication skill
• Home- based working.
