• Ensure the safe receipt, storage and timely dispatch of goods, supplies and equiqments
• Ensure accuracy of stock quantity and article code
• Ensure safety, cleanliness of the warehouse, goods & equipment on regular basis.
• Leading, guiding, assigning workload to team members (3 or more people)
• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; identifying warehouse system improvements.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances
• Updating bin location & stock movement in Excel (as a separate file from SAP system)
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good skills in MS Office (Excel & Outlook)
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
• Prossess a forklift license is a plus
• Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree holder in Warehouse management
• Minimum 2 year of experience on warehouse management.
