Job Description :
Report to: Head of Sales/Technical Business Development
•
To improve customer Abrasive performance/productivity
•
Conduct Product Trial & Acceptance at customer sites
•
To support Head of Sales/Tech BD to conduct training, survey & troubleshooting
•
Ensure Product Quality & Performance as guidance
Job Requirement :
•
Customer abrasive/machine usage matrix
•
Technical quality complaint report
•
Product trial report
•
Competitive analysis report
•
Perform technical service for key accounts
•
Advise right products and applications to customers
•
Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering
•
Technical support candidates from wide belt sanding machine distributor is preferable (Heesemann/Costa/Taglibu)
