The position shall be primarily responsible for driving market strategies and providing marketing
approach to grow the market share penetration in IP business in Vietnam and providing on
solutions & technical support services to customers and commercial teams. The role will include
also installation, troubleshooting, trial performance monitoring, problem resolution and project
Liaise with Sales Manager to formalize the local market strategies and action plan to
aggress into higher market share.
• Carry out product presentation and prepare sales proposal.
• Propose new product and increase market share.
• Monitor and fulfil Monthly Sales Forecast and Yearly Sales Budget. Also involve in the
preparation of budget and sales forecast, credit control, margin of sales and account
management.
• Leading the planning and implementation of improvement plan (as per strategic plans
or action plans) in a time bound manner.
• Develop connection to key customers.
• Conduct trials co-ordination to establish the benefits and the values generation.
• Help in resolving customer complains related improper product application, product
quality, pricing, delivery and services.
• Provide visit report, sales report and trial report.
• Help in conduct customer workshop on proper product application to educate users at
customer’s end.
• Trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Payment collection.
