Job Description :

To support Contract manager by administering the sales/ contract information system such as material planning, consumption, logistics etc. and provide all other administration for NIS contract.

a. Planner

Ensure the stock level (inventory) in control;
Anticipate with sudden longer lead time and/or increase/reduce in customer production (in term of MRP) ;
Combine the supply & stock between different accounts (like LG20 plate can be used in VIJA/Nam Thuan/AHT…LG21 for Pom2 & Nghi Son) to optimize the supply and inventory level;
Cross check & clarify with customer system (warehouse/finance/production) – which will take times and can’t be done by supervisor – while distract times for account manager;
Follow up & push for payment;
Support direct sale & I have to utilize those MRP specialist to cover those contract implementation. Without them, we may not expect any more direct sales because none to follow up after contract signed;
Ensure admin formalities are control: There are plenty of admin activities, which un-nameable on daily, e.g.: gate pass, dox control, dox review (to ensure the content is correct such as customer name, address)…

b. Supervisor

Plan, monitor and control daily work
Monitor refractory performance, and control FC refractory consumption and material issuing.
Supervise and monitoring to ensure correct installation practice carry out by installation team
Monitoring and maintenance for refractory installation equipment.
Monitoring and collect trial, incident, refractory performance and production information for analysis and reporting.
Give training to site operator or installer.
Provide information for MRP to ensure the efficiency of inventory control.
Prepare, review and update WI for standard and safety works.
Prepare and update time sheet for installation team.
Trouble shooting and problem solving.
Other assignments that related to field.

Job Requirement :

High school or college
Computer skills are essential, MS Excel advance professional is requested
Prefer vocational certificate or degrees in Metallurgical engineering/ Materials Science/ Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or other related field is preferred
Good communication skills and proficiency in oral and written English.
Prefer experienced in supervision/leadership
Prefer 1-2 years’ working experience in Steel/Iron industry, Refractory works, project base, mechanical work or related field.
Basic understanding about refractory and/or steel making
Knowledge on Supply Chain and Logistic are advantage.
Prefer can communicate in English
Good Excel/Word, email & reporting skill
Installation and/or supervision skills
Communication skills
Able to work independently, good analytical skills and customer relationship
Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
Self-learning.
Must have a positive can-do attitude.
Ability to coach and/or teach in any of Refractory are
