- Training & kick-off meeting for inspectors about specification, drawing, quality instruction of each project.
- Control daily working & man hour of all inspectors.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance of material certificate.
- Make NCR and follow up. Control NCR status/trend.
- Solving problem, including field claim, with related teams (production, PM, customer, supplier/subcontractor,...).
- Control measuring equipment calibration status of whole company.
- Approve the internal calibration certificate of measuring equipment for whole teams every month.
- Responsible for controlling NDT personel qualification & certification, annual evaluation.
- Control the welder qualification.
- Improvement in quality site.
- Supporting customer audit/supplier-subcontractor audit.
