INTERNAL SALES TRAINER

Responsible for planning training courses to improve the quality of PG & sales teams in the company. 
  Plan role-play, audit reevaluate the knowledge learned in stages & by region to faster upskill & knowledge for sales 
team. 
  Direct training & random checking to evaluate PG of agency in activity campaign. 
  Organization Combine with CVS, chain store systems, perform additional training to improve Rohto's knowledge. 
Planning budget for training PG & Team lead by quarterly, annually. 
  Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company's training activities. 
  Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs. 
  Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge. 
  Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff. 
  Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team. 
  Monitoring, checking, evaluating and reporting on training results. 
  Random field check, role play combine evaluating performance of PG in each region & special in activity campaign. 
  Conducting surveys and analyzing training needs of sales department, especially MT channel. 
Official Education:  
-  University Bachelor degree: major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Administrative Management... 
-  Good MS office (especially PowerPoint) 
-  Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English 
-  Ability to think logically and handle situations well 
Experience: 
-  At least 03-04 years working in the field of training & Sales Supervisor.  
-  Directly teaching selling skills & product knowledge. 
-  Pedagogical skills & education 
-  Organization and planning capabilities 
  Effective drafting and communication skills. 
  Be proactive in analyzing and solving problems & complete job.  
  Good interpersonal skills and good relationship with the departments. 
  Honest, flexible, responsible, able to work under high pressure and deadlines. 
  Ability to travel on business nationwide.
