Direct training & random checking to evaluate PG of agency in activity campaign.
Organization Combine with CVS, chain store systems, perform additional training to improve Rohto's knowledge.
Planning budget for training PG & Team lead by quarterly, annually.
Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company's training activities.
Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs.
Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge.
Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff.
Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team.
Monitoring, checking, evaluating and reporting on training results.
Random field check, role play combine evaluating performance of PG in each region & special in activity campaign.
Conducting surveys and analyzing training needs of sales department, especially MT channel.
