• Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data • Preparing specimens and samples • Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment • Ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced • Conducting searches on identified topics relevant to the research • Do the planning/ analysis added and lead the team to succeed in “Value sell” with Technical Service Oriented • Work with suppliers to develop our product portfolios • Work with team to do strategy for target products and full application supply to customers. • Work with customers for project development / Innovation • Develop new customers, new segmentation as per management guidance. • Technical training for the team • Coach and encourage segment team creating high motivation and strong team spirit
• Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Biochemical or related industries • At least 4 year in related position or R&D position at manufactory. For Personal Care: cosmetic, personal care and household applications preferred • Technical skills • Analysis & presentation skills • Microsoft office competence • English: fluently in all types of communication (writing, speaking, listening, etc) •Nationality: Vietnamese • CV should be written in English including picture, diplomas, certificates and achievements (if any)
