- Ensure that Purchase Order and procedured are followed.
- Monitoring the orders
Supplier Relationship Management
- Maintain healthy working relationship with all suppliers
- Monitoring payment process.
End user satisfaction level
- Maintain close relationship with all departments at all times for the timely supply & compliance of needed material & service.
- Ensure the ordered material and service compliance with the PR on quality and delivery.
Use of commercial information
- Keep abreast of current steel market situation and other crucial raw material to anticipate the price trends and recommmends strategic purchases.
- Identifying alternative suppliers / materials.
- Giving information for book prices
Staff Management
- Periodically monitor compliance of purchasing staffs to the approved policy and procedure, manual of department.
- Training on procedure.
- Update on the supply changes.
- Local Vietnamese, Bachelor in Foreign Trade/Economics University
- Age range: 33 to 40
- 5 years experience in similar position, preferable in steel manufacturing or construction industries.
- Excellent English communication, good management skill.
- Assertive, self-starter, well-organized, systematic and detailed-focus.
- Negotiation skill, details conscious, analysis skills, leadership
- Working location: Noi Bai Industrial Park, Soc Son, Ha Noi
