Reporting line : This role will report to Board of Management.
Provide Strategic and Marketing Communication Leadership :
• Manage budgets and deliver programs within projected costs, including developing detailed
program cost estimates, business cases. Analyze financial statements and present financial
justification for strategic recommendations.
• Assume a leading role in the review and evaluation of the quality of the client’s product for all
major creative, media, strategic and marketing strategies at the critical stages of their
development, presentation and implementation.
• Work with Clients to advance their business needs and develop long-range communications
and marketing plans.
• Ensure that client is associated with outstanding creative work that is both strategic and
breakthrough.
• Develop the importance of marketing communication.
• Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations.

Build and Grow Client Relationships :
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and has a clear understanding of
business events on client and program priorities and success.
• Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationship through proactive directorship
and communication including face to face meetings, telephone, conference call and email
communication.
• Ensure all clients receive timely, high quality reporting from the account team which include
event, digital and branding.
• Develop multi-tiered agency-client relationships and ties.

• Deliver key presentations to clients.
• Qualify opportunities, and help to define and influence the prospect’s requirements in order to
put a winning proposition in front of the client.
• Work with Account Managers and Clients to set and define team objectives, as well as
manage and lead related teams to deliver against those objectives.
• Be responsible for the financial profitability and growth of the accounts they lead. Ultimately be
responsible for accurate revenue forecasting, and timely Client billing and bill payments.
• Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships.
• Advise on all aspects of the marketing communication and their deployment to achieve a
clients business objectives

Effectively Manage Team :

• Grow existing accounts through taking on additional responsibilities (e.g. online, direct mail,
etc.) as appropriate.

• Be responsible for effectively and successfully developing and motivating the account team to
achieve company KPI’s and individual development goals.
• Lead teams to assess, define and refine various strategies and tactics to deliver against
business goals.

• Review and approve proposals and quotations.

• Prepare and present to the Board of Management sustained high quality management
information reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Education, Qualifications and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA
• At least 5 years working in account management, hotel with related to Sales and Banquet
• Solid working experience in one of leading below the line agencies.
• Strong understand of customer and market dynamic and requirements
