Our client is one of the leading ecommerce retailer companies in SEA.
Responsibilities ● As a PM, you will deliver exceptional customer and supplier e-commerce experiences for millions of users in five countries ● You’ll coordinate with designers, engineering leads, business development, marketing, and logistics counterparts to execute against aggressive timelines ● You will develop data-driven strategies to rollout and to adjust features ● You will get to know your customers and help increase conversion rates, engagement times, and user loyalty
● Software engineering background – you know how products and systems are build and work ● Track record of achievements and sustained drive and passion ● Innate ability to come up with solutions that make a difference ● Data-driven decision maker; when data is not available, able to make decisions based on reasonable rationale ● Very strong organizational and communication skills to get things done in a startup (chaotic) environment ● 2-4 years of work experience, preferably a combination of software development, entrepreneurship, and analytical positions ● Know the difference between Project Management and Product Management Bonus ● Product Management experience at e-commerce websites ● Experience with IT projects that help marketing initiatives Education ● Top student with Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
