Our client is one of the leading ecommerce retailer companies in SEA.
Responsibilities: ● Own product quality ● Build, develop and manage a large team of QA engineers ● Lead continuous quality improvement processes across the organization that are data driven and results oriented ● Determine the appropriate degree of investment in automation of quality functions and drive to the achievement of that level of automation ● Development of testing automation ● Responsible for build management, code repository management, and release and deploy processes ● You will manage projects, timelines and releases and push the envelop in talent productivity and software effectiveness We Offer: ● Opportunity to work in a fast-moving, challenging but informal work environment with major international projects ● Ability to impact millions of users on the largest e-commerce website in Southeast Asia ● As QA Director, you will have a key role in building large and successful e-commerce businesses ● Highly competitive compensation
Your skills: ● Track record for shipping high quality software and passion for quality ● At least 10 years of software development or QA experience ● At least 6 years of QA experience, including project management, execution and delivery ● Experience in QA in a SaaS, IaaS, or other Internet based application platform. ● You are a fast thinker, hands on manager and strong communicator; you think and act like an entrepreneur ● You know agile development, quality assurance, and software release processes and tools. Not just from books. You know how to do fast release cycles without compromising on quality ● You speak English fluently ● You have an outstanding university degree in a technical subject and several years’ experience in a lead QA Director position Bonus ● You have experience with large scale operational eCommerce websites
