• In charge of taking care some account customers in Sounth area (From DaNang to the South) to make sure archiving the target. • Together Sales team, Tech team to conduct all surveys; events; campaign; training.. For dealers; fleets; car-dealers to fulfill the overal action plan of the company. • Maintain and develop dealer-net-work; sales and brand image in the South area. • Take care at least 2 dealers in HCM; 4 dealers in other provinces to maintain sales, and increase the company in house share in their business. • Survey new provinces to find new candidates to increase sales next 2Half. • In charge of taking care 4 fleets (big end-users), with dealers to increase sales. • Strongly following up and conducting sales; tech and marketing activities as the action plan. • Closely objerving and analising the changes of the competitors; market to propose suitable acction plan for the company. • In charge of dealers' report, analyze for well-undestanding dealers sales situation.
Main sales activities • Cooperate with team to carry out the action plan to hit the overal goals/target. • Closely follow up & analysic dealer profile, sales history in order to give the solution on push & pull sales • Take full responsibilities to your own target. (Montly; Quaterly; Yearly) • Receive orders; and send to sales admin (or A&A). • Take responsibilities for dealers' payment. • Plan and Visit dealers; Fleets with technical colleages for better customer -care, and dealer-understanding. • Receive complains; requests from customers and feedback to team. • Report to A. Manager as weekly and monthly. Support to teams: • Participate in tech activities: - Scraft tire survey (on the action plan). - Tire count survey (on the action plan). - Claim tire check (base on actual facts). - Training for dealers-staff (base on action plan). • Participate in marketing activities - Conduct launching new product. - Follow up servise and image of family channels: Fleet-points and B-selects. - Conduct and follow up promotion campaign by explaining to dealers, observing and collecting results. • Participate in others: - CSR activities. - Training soft skills
• Qualifiaction: University Graduated-good grade • Experiences: At least 4 year experiences in sales (industry (durable goods)-products is priority). • English: Good at speaking and writing. • Computing: Very Good at office computing skiis as Excel; Powerpoint. • Solf skill: Communication and presentation, negotiation • Others: - Hard working, willingness attitude - Willing to take business trip to provinces and oversea. - Good team player (Team-work)-Quick learning - Good attitude on working & communication & learning - Strong on customer service mind (the South style) - Good on logical thinking, Smart working and analysic skills
