JOB SUMMARY • Accelerate the company’s growth and achieve the budget turnover through establishing and executing marketing programs which directly contribute to sales, brand recognition and customer satisfaction. • The Marketing Executive/ Asst Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the • General Manager in defining & implementing the marketing strategy of the subsidiary in terms of new developments ie. new products, new markets and/or new customers • Optimising the performance of the sales team through promotions, samples, brochures, information, training and technical support • Public Relations and communication activities
CORE TASKS • Assist to develop an annual business plan (Budget) and contribute to achieve targets. • Plan and execute an annual marketing plan tailored to customer category • According to the priority of focus products, plan and execute intensive promotional campaigns. • Co-ordinate new product development, launch and follow-up. • Develop and execute a cost-effective annual communications plan including PR and advertising. • Establish the information flow of products and services through regular newsletters, new releases and whatever effective form of communication. • Develop and produce cost-effectively sales tools: collateral, visual and written materials. Ensure these to be distributed through the right internal/external channels. • Make sure marketing budget expenses are under control. • Plan and organize exhibitions • Assist in preparing and presenting concepts to Key Accounts with Sales team • Conduct market surveys to support and understand consumer taste and perception in the local Vietnam market • Establish and maintain database of customers • Co-ordinate with internal and external parties for product development and customer service to achieve overall company goals. • Maintain monthly reporting to the Regional marketing manager, General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing division
• Working experience: At least 5 years of working experience in a marketing capacity – Trade Marketing, FMCG, or research background preferred • Foreign language ability: Fluent in spoken and written English • Computer literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, esp. power point and excel • Other skills and knowledge: Excellent Communication and presentation skill, Team player, hard working and result oriented
