• Developing procedures and training staffs to make sure that all procedures requested by ISO, OHSAS, SHE are understood, followed properly and strictly within the department. • Budgeting, controlling expenses within the approved budget. • Engineering projects: from beginning including feasible study, sourcing, supervising contractor, commissioning, handing over to user with support from regional engineering team. • Maintaining good housekeeping in the plants and maintenance area. • Continual improvement: maintaining the activities to encourage others in improving. • Develop and implement Planned Maintenance Program. • Controlling spare parts stock to make sure that all critical parts are identified and available in the store. • Preparing troubleshooting guidelines for all equipments. • Caring out inspection of critical equipment/items and investigate cause(s) of failure for appropriate action/measures. • Supervising third party contractors working in the factory and coordinate their activities in the factory to maintain continual production. • Coordinating with Production sections improve machines’ efficiency. • Recruiting and training maintenance staffs about maintenance, machine inspection to reduce downtime and turn them into higher level. • Taking part in cost saving program by using spare part properly, efficient production plan, increasing machine efficiency, reducing machine breakdown. • Working out the solutions to operate efficiently utility equipments in the factory. • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• University graduate in engineering of electrical. • Experienced in PM, AM. • Experienced in SHE, ISO9000 preferred. • Good English skills.
