Our client is a chemical company based in Singapore and has been developing business actitivies in Vietnam for more than 10 years.
• Develop and retain customers. • Establish and ensure sales activities and policies meets the customers demand and are compliant to company’s goals, policies and legal obligations. • Responsible in the increase/ growth of each account through an acceptable increase in sales volume within specified periods of time. • Record and analyze all sales activities and performance of employees • Ensure sales efforts are aligned to the company’s goals, vision, values, policies, and each sale is performed in an ethical, professional and legal manner via conduct of suitable trainings and performance reviews. • To determine the demands of markets and establish knowledge of the consumer's needs, study market fluctuations, prepare sale budgets and policies, and explore new opportunities. • Develop new markets to be stable and provide sustainable growth.
• Education: Postgraduate diploma in Agriculture, Business Administration. • Sex: Male. Age: 30-45 • Experience: At least 2 years relevant work experience • Language: Good fluency in both written and oral English • Skill: Planning, Management and Leader ship • Other skills: Good professional presentation and communication skills, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Offices and databases
