• Do routine maintenance of instruments in appointed areas to make sure instruments run according to specifications and give stable and correct results. • Pay trouble shooting service visits to clients upon request to solve urgent problems with instruments. • Suggest necessary change of consumable and replaceable spare parts for instruments. • Register for spare parts taken out from office and return default spare parts to office. • Suggest temporary arrangement for instruments if spare parts are not available in stock. • Receive new instruments from importers and check them upon request. • Deliver instruments to clients and do training to users. • Coordinate with Reagent Application Technician to handle product complaint of reagents and reagent application. • Support Service Supervisor to forecast spare parts for stock. • Make reports after service visit, travelling and on monthly basis. • Support sales division to collect and evaluate information from clients and in the market including competitors and competitive products. • Continuously develop product knowledge through self study and provided training. • Support and contribute to general business development of the company. • Other jobs assigned by General Manager, other managers and Service Supervisor.
• Male, graduated from University, Faculty of Electrical-electronics engineering or biomedical physics. • Min 01 year experience in clinical diagnostics or min 02 years experience within high tech medical equipment field. • Good Graduated score • Prefer good English, special for reading skill • Good communication skill & service mind • Strong communication skills • Responsive to customer needs • Team worker • Service orientated • Culturally sensitive • Resourceful and creative in developing solutions on site problems • Enthusiastic, willing for frequent service travel Benefits: • SI (SI, HI,UI): full 100% salary • Bonus: 13th • Bonus: performance at the end of each year • Review salary for every year (time: May - Jul) • Health insurance after probation (difference HI in Government) • Others ...
