Job Summary
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day services and administrative support activities.
• Act as the primary contact point for both internal and external parties.
Interrelationships
• Work with Customer Service Sections, Operating Offices, other Business Lines and regional management.
• Closely work with counterparts from other cities
Job Responsibility & Accountability
• Assist the General Manager & Regional Chief Executive in the whole operation, promotion and development of the Division.
• Act as a primary contact point for both internal and external parties on all matters related to the Office General Manager & Regional Chief Executive.
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities including management, scheduling and prioritizing jobs and implementation of effective operating policies, procedures and systems.
• Independently prioritize and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns to the General Manager & Regional Chief Executive, including those of a sensitive / confidential nature; determine appropriate course of action and response.
• Facilitate effective co-ordination within the division and strengthen the linkage outside the division and also within the Group.
• Assist in the implementation of promotion and preparation of regular visit, research, lab tour, trade shows, seminar, conference and any other campaigns, if any.
• Help in preparing sales plans, forecast, presentations and service proposals, collecting market intelligence on competitive analysis, customer feedback, trends & opportunities for top management’s strategic decisions.
• Any other new tasks set out by the division to cope with the business needs.
• Degree in Business administration, or technical discipline related to consumer products or retail.
• Over 3 years solid experience in secretarial / administrative support to senior executives of sizeable multinational organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills of the highest caliber are required.
• Ability to speak fluent English.
• Strong PC skills including Ms Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• A team player able to cooperate with various teams and interact at all levels within the organization.
• Energetic, self-starter able to work independently.
