• To co-prepare and optimise the logistical plan in cooperation with the CFO. • To ensure the compliance policy (Anti-corruption and Anti-trust) of the Ware-house team. • To bear responsibility for the adequate execution and optimisation of all warehouse activities. • To coordinate the processing, verification and storage of the incoming flows of goods and the thereto pertaining documents in conformity with the applicable instructions. • To bear responsibility for the correct execution of the sales orders and the thereto pertaining documents within the established period of time in conformity with the applicable instructions. • To ensure a proper warehouse organisation and deployment. • To bear responsibility for the correctness of the physical stock level. • To take responsibility o the quality of goods in warehouse and make sure/check the quality before deliver to customer – in order to aim zero claim from customers • To take action urgently (within 24 hours) when customer claim and informed by sales team, and take appropriate actions to address it • To bear responsibility for the inventory and analysis of stock differences and processing thereof in the goods administration in cooperation with the Product • Group Director and CFO. • To inform about and supervise the compliance with procedures, work instructions and safety regulations. • To bear responsibility for the safeguarding of the suitability of transportation means. • To bear responsibility for the processing of damages and claims with respect to transportation and logistics. • To select, introduce, manage and support training and development of employees. • To hold performance and assessment interviews. • To organise work meetings and consultation with divisions concerned. • To bear responsibility for the execution of policies in the area of quality, employment conditions and environment. • To coordinate with another department to successfully deliver TKMV’s goals
• High School/College/University degree, with a logistical specialisation, obtained through education and/or experience, managerial skills, knowledge and understanding of logistical processes, experience, knowledge of relevant PC applications, analytical intellect. • Result-oriented, inventive, social and communicative skills, flexible, immune to stress.
