Our client is a manufacturer of cement, based in Europe and has been developing its business activities in Vietnam for more than 5 years.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Implement and Train the Contractor Safety Management Standard (CSM) to coordinators, contractors, and employees,
• Sourcing, Bidding, Procuring for purchasing activities at the Plant properly compliance with the company's Purchasing procedures and Company Policies,
• Ensure have no shortage or overstock of stock items,
• Participate in Supply Chain projects,
• Coordinate with different departments, suppliers, experts for any other assigned items required for plant.
Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager
Safety
• Qualified VFL, CSM trainings, CSM implementation
Purchasing: local and import
• E-sourcing bidding
• Ensure NO stock-out for delegated items
• Reach saving targets
System
• Respect purchasing Procedure
• Regularly update internal reportings and analysis :
1. Supplier Master File (monthly)
2. Sole Source (monthly)
3. Contract Index (monthly)
4. Pending PO (weekly)
5. Payment tracking (weekly)
6. Cost comparison (Monthly)
7. JDE system, ETQAS (daily)
8. Other reportings

UNIQUE ATTRACTIVE FEATURES OF THE POSITION
• Manage the important bidding projects,
• Have a good teamwork and support from Plant and Supply Chain.
Education / Qualification
• Bachelor - Engineer
• University - bachelor of trading, engineer plus 2nd diploma on business/ economic/ law is an advantage
Experience
• At least 3 years experiences, especially for technical, engineering and purchasing experiences or have worked at same position/level from a well known company.
Competencies
• Good English skill (speaking, listening) and computer skill
• Having good negotiation skill, relational and communication skills
• Integrity, flexible, open mind and honesty behavior
