Our client is a company specializing in hearing aid industry, based in Europe and has been developing its business acitivities in Vietnam for more than 2 years.
Customer service staff (Fitter) is the key factor to business development of the company.
Main responsibilites:
• Testing ear function and sound satisfaction level for customers by specialized equipments. • Give instructions to customers on how to utilize hearing aids and their accessories. • Provide customers with necessary specialized information to support their decision-making process in any purchase.
• Male or female • College graduate or above (technology major preferred) • Good communication skills, enthusiastic, patient, hard-working. • Willing to learn about Audiology and have a desire for community support. • Can communicate in English • Have the opportunity to attend professional training courses.
