Our client is a company specializing in hearing aid industry, based in Europe and has been developing its business acitivities in Vietnam for more than 2 years.
Warehouse management • Planning, organizing and controlling all warehouse procedures and facilities • Supervise warehouse team to ensure daily operation of warehouse & delivery team meet company objectives • Trouble-shoot and report daily related matter. • Do research to improve warehouse operations.
Purchasing • Manage purchasing process, cost/budget control • Maintain clean relationship with vendor/supplier • Solve arising problems
Import-export process • Follow up import-export declaration • Handle legal compliance • Lead to improve import-export efficiency • Maintain good relationship suppliers/sub-contractors
Other related tasks: staff management, internal Dept relationship management, ect.
• Bachelor’s degree or above • Experienced in related field • Have a deep knowledge of supply chain management (planning, import-export, order processing, purchasing, warehouse) • Expert in SAP – supply chain • Strong negotiable and leadership skills • Fluent in English
