Our Client is an International Group and a leader in research, development and production of mechanical and electronic components and solutions. Job Description • Develop the sales and marketing Refrigeration & Air-conditioning products to the market especially with Contractor and OEM Business segment. • Executive overall sales initiatives and activities in assigned market. • Provide technical support to the Customers. • Follow up project and its status. • Handling inquiries from Customers. • Marketing activities, promotion campaign, training and technical presentation. • Align policies and processes within the organization as well as between other divisions. • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Reporting to Viet Nam Country Manager – Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Division.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning or related engineering fields. • Minimum 4-year experience in industrial market with multi-national firm at the same level. • Highly self motivated and result / KPI oriented. • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Good command of both spoken and written English. • Customer oriented, Positive attitude & teamwork spirit.
