Our client is a manufacturing company based in the US, specializing in ball bearings.
Report to: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
• Deal with every step of import – export process
• Track shipments and work with clients about goods’ progress
• Coordinate with customs agents for clearance on oversea deliveries
• Handle claims and any shipment problems occur.
• Ensure efficient delivery logistics through data management:
+ Import – export documentation
+ Carrier and route assignments
+ Shipment payments and quotas
• Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant
• Female is preferred
• At least 3 years experience in the same position in an international trade industry
• Good command of English (both writing and speaking) and computer literacy
• Active and reliable
• Good communication, customer service and negotiation skills
• Familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments
• Have good relationship with Binh Duong Customs Department
• Workplace: VSIP IIA
