Market intelligence: • Collect data to establish a database to obtain, update, evaluate market trends, the application of products/technology and services; • Follow up competitor’s positioning, the performance of their competitive products and their products developing. Sales development: • Establish and ensure sales activities and policies meet the customers demand and comply with the company’s goals, policies and legal obligations • Maintain business growth; • Develop new markets to be stable and provide sustainable growth; • Determine the demands of markets and establish knowledge of the consumer's needs, study market fluctuations, prepare sales budgets and policies and explore new opportunities; • Monitor sales plan: forecast product demand, get agreement with wholesaler/retailers on volume target, build up proper sales plan in target areas and manage sales status & timely report to Business Manager / Supply Chain for product delivery in time; • Plan and conduct sales meeting with wholesaler / retailers in assigned area; • Plan and monitor field demos assigned to sales representatives to be conducted properly for solution promoting; • Follow up and ensure product supply to wholesalers / retailers; • Regularly visit wholesalers and retailers to well understand market demand. Customer management (wholesaler / retailer level): • Identify new relevant wholesalers for distribution network expansion; • Provide prompt response for quality, technical applications and other related issues; conduct dealer/retailer assessments; • Working with CSO / Business support to ensure timely delivery of sales volume; • Cooperate with relevant teams to solve customers’ issues. Credit management: • Cooperate with Finance and accounting department to ensure timely payment of account receivable and provide information of customer to determine customer credit limit. Sales team management: • Lead the sales/promoter team at assigned geographic area/ region, record and analyze all sales activities and performance of employees; • Assign tasks and working areas to subordinates; • Monitor and timely report on team activities and implementation of promotion/sales plan; • Provide instructions to the subordinates (especially new staffs) for sales and technical knowledge.
• Background: bachelor degree with major related to Agriculture • Intermediate level of English and basic computer skills (MS. Office) • Job Knowledge: Agriculture / Plant Protection products and markets • Key competencies required: Collaborate for Achievement, Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Demonstrate Customer Focus • Working experience: at least five years relevant working experience and two years in supervisory role
