Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in tire and rubber Report to: P&M Manager P&M Assistant Manager Main Duty • Responsibility for Passenger Tire Channel Development especially for Family Channel (B-Select, B-Shop) and Develop New Channel for future business. • Make & Implement for Product Launching Plan especially for strategic Product -Propose product line-up to assure MTP sales volume. • Conduct Survey Activities which relate to Market Demand, Brand, Customer Behaviors of Passenger Car Segment.etc. • Make Strategic Marketing Plan for Long Term Passenger Tire Business. • Make, implement, follow up and report the particular Action plan of P&M team. Details Description • Make, implement, follow up and report the particular action plan of P&M team. • Make, Implement & Follow up for Consumer Channel Development Plan (B-Select, 2nd Tiers, PSR Dealer .etc.) • Appoint and develop new candidate for channel. • Create Program to improve Sales & Service Power for All Passenger Tire Channels. • Regular Evaluation for Dealer Channel Performance - Provide Solution to doing better. • Consult & Advice for Managers about Solution & Promotion program (In-Out) to increase sales power. • Training for All Channel based on Action Plan. • Analysys & Follow up for Market Demand of each product & segment. • Make & Implement for Product Launching Plan especially for Strategic Product • Propose product line-up to assure MTP sales volume. • Conduct Survey & Collect Market information & Improve competitive for Strategic Product to ensure both Volume & Share & Profit ability. • Advice for Sales Team & BOM for order process based on . • Support for others department Survey such as PSR Count Survey, Brand Survey .etc. • Regular report to BOM: Monthly, Weekly Activities • Report others activities based on requested.
• Qualification: University Graduated-Good grade • Age: 23-30 Years Old. • Experiences: At least 2 year experiences in Sales & Marketing - Retails Management is referred. • English: Good Communication (Speaking & Writing) . • Computing: Microsoft Office & Analysis Skill. • Solf skill: Communication and presentation, negotiation • Others : - Hard working - Passive - Active - Well-Planning. - Willing to take business trip to provinces and oversea. - Good team player (Team-work)-Quick learning - Good attitude on working & communication & learning - Strong on customer service Oriented Mindset (the South style) - Good on logical thinking, Smart working and analysis skills - Knowledge about Retails ID Manual System.
