Reports to:General Manager JOB SUMMARY • Identify, initiate and follow up the collaboration with the supermarket and semi-industrial customers. CORE TASKS • Follow and fulfill the established sales objectives, sales budget and man power. • Supervise sales team of Supermarket and International QSR (International Foodservice Chain) and Semi-industry to achieve sales objectives. • Regular visits and contacts with the supermarket and semi-industrial customers. • Provide information and services required in the sales process. • Provide technical support for customers’ satisfaction. • Apply the commercial strategies of the company. • Evaluate potential customers on permanent basis. • Give full reports concerning competitors and the latest news. • Coordinate with related departments in the companyon new projects and follow up. • Prepare continuously sales reports, customer record and competitors’ files. • And other tasks delegated by direct supervisor. JOB RELATIONS • Internal Contacts: According to the company organization • External Contacts: Supermarket and Semi-industry customers
Competencies and skills • Academic/professional qualification: University, prefer in Economic and/or Marketing and/or Food technology background • Working experience: At least 5 years of working experience in sales managing similar customers, particularly in supermarket. • Foreign language ability: Fluent in spoken and written English • Computer literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, esp. power point and ecxel Other skills and knowledge • A good personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, diplomat, precise, teamplayer. • Coordination skills. • Good capacity of analysis. • Sales negotiation skills especially with supermarkets • Capability to build network of relationships in the industry. • Good leadership. • Flair for marketing is an added advantage.
