Our client is a household product manufacturer based in the US.
Report to: Factory Manager POSITION SUMMARY: • To drive the production and maintenance team in proper way to achieve the expected factory’s policy and objectives • To ensure the maintenance activities to be implemented properly • To ensure the maintenance objectives to be set up and achieved in order to optimise the machine availability and to improve the productivity effectively with a lowest cost and zero accident. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY • Oversee daily production, acquire new manufacturing technic and continuous upgrade process to achieve higher productivity • Coordinate with all departments in the company to ensure smooth production flow • Plan the production and it’s control system • Ensure the resources for manufacturing are effective utilized and materials are planned at the time to fit the work schedules • Ensure proper administration of quality control procedures • Write up and update the operating procedure of Engineering department • Support maintenance in the definition of the maintenance plan • Ensure that maintenance department provides vital service to production and all equipment at highest availability and efficient operating condition. • Responsible for determining the priorities of all Engineering section • Responsible for doing 5S in Engineering department • Responsible for training staff and developing back-up in Engineering department • Responsible for setup and installation of new machines within planed time frame • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining of line machines. • Responsible for effectively implementing SHE policy for all MA and production staff to prevent the accident happen during the works • Any other duties as and when required by Manufacturing Manager/ Factory Manager.
• Education: M&E Engineer or higher • Experiences: 5 years experience in management of production / Engineering • Skills Sets: • Microsoft office, English proficiency • Business management software is preferred. • Desired Competencies (Typical): Communication, leadership, problem solving, manage for result, teamwork, high pressure working, negotiate, planning. • Desired Competencies (nice to have): Speech
