Our client is a beverage manufacturer which provide a wide range of products to local tastes.
Report to: National Modern Trade Manager * No direct report staff Role • Building volume, revenue, & profitability of PI’s products with nation-wide modern trade customers by selling in initiatives established during the AOP. • Developing and executing business programs. • Ensuring the account(s) to comply with Pepsi performance standards and CDA commitments. • Fully in charge of assigned accounts/ group of accounts from developing to sustaining. Accountabilities 1. Operational business plan • Develop customer strategy for assigned account/ sub-channel • Build and manage the budget approved for the customer in charge • Set clear objectives that are consistent with the channel goals to align CD/ OPE execution • Propose activity calendar for assigned account/ sub-channel • Identify & win new business opportunities at the account(s) with the customers • Involve in coordinating/ assisting the MT operation team to execute successfully the agreed calendars 2. Win with customers • Directly deal CDA terms & conditions with the National/ Global assigned customers • Sell the channel VISA initiatives/ business programs to the customers for execution • Responsible for and directly making calls on customers as planned • Problem solving daily sales operation concerning the customer(s) where customer planning & satisfaction involved 3. Monitor execution • Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Pepsi standard (CAP) • Monitor & control Budget for each accounts. Analyze the results of budget used. • Ensure to achieve the 5 points scorecard standards & targets for the account assigned. • Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary. • Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions • Communicate clearly company program and business updates to the customers • Organise regularly the joint business review accordingly for each types of customers. • Conduct OT health check accordingly with the MT operation team. 4. Other • Working closely with MTM of each location • Lead problem solving and address team issue
• University degree is required • Min 4 years of relevant working experience, FMCG at multinational companies preferred
• Experience with METRO • Good command of English (both verbal & writing) and computer skills • Strong interpersonal skills: negotiation • Customer management/ wiring, business planning
