Our client is a global Textile & Garment Manufacturer.

 

Role Purpose: Within  the  context  of Group  and  Plant  direction,  to  provide  the managerial  leadership  to  the  CSP  team  in  creating passionate commitment to engaging customers and acting as a bridge between customers, suppliers, TGA, and the Plant, in:1)  confirming  and  representing  customers’  requirements  to  the  Plant;  2)  representing  the  Plant’s  considerations  to customers;  3)  in  confirming  and  representing  customers’  and/or  the Plant’s  requirements  to  suppliers;  4)  providing  the necessary capacity planning, materials/sub-materials supply chain,  logistics* and warehousing* support  to Production; and  5) monitoring,  communicating  and  facilitating  problem  resolution  between  all  parties,  to  ensure  that  garments  are delivered  to meet  the customer’s quality,  timeliness and quantity specifications, within  the Plant’s cost and performance expectations.
