Report to: Vacant Plant Operation Services Manager (currently reports to Plant Heads) ROLE PURPOSE: Within the context of the Technical (5 Pillar) / POS (500 Machinists) Operating Plan, to provide managerial leadership to the QA/QC team, functional leadership to the In-Line QC team, and a quality mindset to all employees in order to establish and implement QA systems and programs to ensure finished garments meet the quality expectations of the Plant’s customers. 1. QA System • Develop and implement the QA system in accordance with the Group’s standards. Implement Group-wide initiatives to enhance the QA system. • Auditing • Provide training on customers’ quality standards to QA/QC • Customer Quality Inspection • Metal-free System 2.
